Andres Pira Forbes Interview: andres pira owns patong & phuket thailand real estate agency companies

Adam Witty, CEO of Forbes Books interviews Andres Pira, CEO of Blue Horizon Developments and the new ForbesBooks author of “Homeless to Billionaire – The 18 Principles of Wealth Attraction and Creating Unlimited Opportunity”. In this interview, Andres tells Adam why he makes his employees jump out of airplanes and see goals in full-color detail.

ForbesBooks Author Voice asks Andres about his incredible story of going from homeless on the beaches of Phuket to becoming a billionaire real estate developer, entrepreneur and business mogul in Thailand.

Wanting to start a new life, Andres bought a one-way ticket to Thailand with just $100 in his pocket, but it went south pretty quickly. Struggling to survive, Andres was too proud to call friends and family back in Sweden, and he became homeless. Finally, his desperation led him to call a friend, who sent him a book rather than providing money.

After reading Rhonda Byrne’s “The Secret”, Andres discovered the power of positive thinking, goal setting, and visualization.

Turning his life around, Andres got a job handing out brochures for a real estate company in Phuket and, as he developed and grew, he got promoted, finally founding his first company about 3 years later.

Today, Andres’ company, Blue Horizon Developments, is one of the largest and most successful real estate developers in the industry.

“Homeless to Billionaire – The 18 Principles of Wealth Attraction and Creating Unlimited Opportunity” is Andres’ adaptation of the concept he read about in “The Secret” and set out to prove wrong.
